Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or similar role preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle for delivery duties
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to carry, push, pull, and maneuver equipment
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Strong physical stamina and endurance

- Proficient in following and executing recipes, timing, and delegation

Job Duties
- Make and prepare food in a timely manner while maintaining food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation
- Prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
- Maintain clean and sanitary work station areas including food prep, sanitation, and storage
- Manage and ensure quality at each step of the product life particularly the production line
- Document and report discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment
- Setup kitchen successfully for next shift including opens and closes
