Job Description

The role involves preparing and making food products in a timely manner while upholding the highest food safety standards. The successful candidate will be the expert in crafting handmade food items, proficient in all aspects of food preparation including following recipes, timing, and delegation. They will have strong multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail to ensure consistent product quality 100% of the time. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food preparation preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work shifts including opening and closing procedures

Job Duties

  • Make and prepare food in a timely manner while maintaining the highest food safety standards
  • Assist in food preparation
  • Consistently prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area including food prep, sanitation, and storage areas
  • Manage and ensure quality control throughout the production line
  • Document and report discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment
  • Set up kitchen successfully for next shift including opening and closing
  • Engage and work well with team members and customers
  • Follow safe food handling, food storage, and sanitation protocols
