Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food preparation preferred
- valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards for delivery duties
- access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Make and prepare food in a timely manner while maintaining the highest food safety standards
- assist in food preparation
- consistently prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
- maintain a clean and sanitary work station area including all food prep, sanitation, and storage areas
- prepare a variety of food items accurately and with quality
- manage and ensure quality of each step of the product life particularly the production-line
- document and report any discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment if necessary
- setup kitchen successfully for next shift including opens and closes
