Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to perform physical tasks including walking, climbing stairs, pushing, bending, crouching, reaching and driving
- Experience working in a food preparation environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols

- Proficient in following and executing recipes, timing, and delegation

Job Duties
- Make and prepare food in a timely manner while maintaining the highest food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation
- Consistently prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including all food prep, sanitation, and storage areas
- Manage and ensure quality of each step of the product life particularly the production line
- Document and report any discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment if necessary
- Setup kitchen successfully for next shift including openings and closings
