Job Duties
- Make and prepare food in a timely manner while maintaining food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation
- Consistently prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station including food prep, sanitation, and storage areas
- Manage and ensure quality of each production-line step
- Document and report discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment
- Setup kitchen successfully for next shift including opening and closing duties
