Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or related field preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive stooping, bending, crouching, and reaching tasks
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle to be used for delivery
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties
- Make and prepare food in a timely manner while maintaining the highest food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation
- Consistently prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station including all food prep, sanitation, and storage areas
- Manage and ensure quality of each step of the product life cycle particularly the production-line
- Document and report discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment if necessary
- Setup kitchen successfully for next shift including opens and closes
