Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to navigate stairs and ladders
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching continuously
- Experience in food preparation or similar role preferred
Job Qualifications
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Effective communication with team members and customers
- Proficient in following and executing recipes, timing, and delegation
- Knowledge of safe food handling, food storage, and sanitation
- Ability to engage and work well with others
- Eye for detail and passion for making great products consistently
Job Duties
- Make and prepare food in a timely manner while maintaining food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation
- Consistently prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station including food prep, sanitation, and storage areas
- Manage and ensure quality at each step of the product life cycle, particularly the production line
- Document and report any discrepancies related to food products, safety, and equipment
- Setup kitchen successfully for next shift including opens and closes
