- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- valid driver’s license with safe driving record

Job Duties
- Make and prepare food in a timely manner while maintaining food safety standards
- assist in food preparation
- prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
- maintain clean and sanitary workstations including food prep, sanitation, and storage areas
- manage and ensure quality at each step of production-line
- document and report discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment
- setup and close kitchen for shifts
