Job Requirements
- must be legally authorized to work in USA
- minimum 3 years 5 star culinary experience in the US and/or Europe
- minimum 1 year previous work experience in a similar capacity
- culinary degree or diploma from a reputable recognized culinary institute

Job Duties
- responsible for preparing dishes within the pizza station ensuring quality consistency and timing
- supervise junior hoteliers and train them in station tasks
- maintain inventory and manage ingredient supplies to avoid waste
- ensure food quality consistency according to restaurant standards including taste texture and presentation
- follow health and safety regulations maintain cleanliness and proper food handling
- collaborate with other chefs to coordinate service timing
- build team morale interact positively with guests and resolve problems
