  • minimum 3 years 5 star culinary experience in the US and/or Europe
  • minimum 1 year previous work experience in a similar capacity
  • culinary degree or diploma from a reputable recognized culinary institute

Job Duties

  • responsible for preparing dishes within the pizza station ensuring quality consistency and timing
  • supervise junior hoteliers and train them in station tasks
  • maintain inventory and manage ingredient supplies to avoid waste
  • ensure food quality consistency according to restaurant standards including taste texture and presentation
  • follow health and safety regulations maintain cleanliness and proper food handling
  • collaborate with other chefs to coordinate service timing
  • build team morale interact positively with guests and resolve problems
