Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years 5 star culinary experience in the US and/or Europe
  • Minimum 1 year previous work experience in a similar capacity
  • Culinary degree or diploma from a reputable recognized culinary institute
  • Must be legally authorized to work in USA

  • Minimum 3 years culinary experience in a 5-star environment in the US and/or Europe
  • At least 1 year previous experience in a similar pizza chef capacity
  • Demonstrated understanding of international fine dining and Mediterranean cuisine knowledge considered an asset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven knowledge of food costing and inventory management techniques
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to innovate and resolve problems creatively
  • Commitment to safe work practices and minimizing culinary injuries
  • Experience supervising and motivating kitchen brigade
  • Dedication to continuous learning and team development

Job Duties

  • Prepare dishes within the pizza station ensuring quality consistency and timing
  • Plate pizzas to meet presentation standards and serve in correct order
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in pizza station tasks
  • Maintain ingredient inventory and manage supplies to avoid waste
  • Ensure food quality consistency according to restaurant standards including taste texture and presentation
  • Follow food safety regulations maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the pizza station
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely and coordinated service
  • Build team morale and interact positively with guests resolving problems satisfactorily
  • Maintain personal appearance and hygiene standards representing a professional image
  • Inspire creativity commitment to service excellence and gracious hospitality
