Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in pizza preparation or culinary environment
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties
- willing to learn and adapt in a startup environment
- excellent time management skills
- strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- experience working as a pizza chef or in a similar culinary role
- knowledge of pizza preparation techniques and oven operation

Job Duties
- prepare and bake pizzas according to company recipes and quality standards
- develop new pizza recipes and menu items in collaboration with management
- manage kitchen inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- train and mentor kitchen staff
- monitor and implement food safety and sanitation standards
- assist in daily kitchen operations and workflow management
