Job Requirements

- Previous experience in pizza preparation or related culinary field
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake pizzas according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
- Operate and monitor brick, stone, and other types of pizza ovens
- Control cooking times and temperatures to ensure perfect pizza quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza preparation station
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to meet customer expectations
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
