Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in pizza preparation or related culinary field
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake pizzas according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
  • Operate and monitor brick, stone, and other types of pizza ovens
  • Control cooking times and temperatures to ensure perfect pizza quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza preparation station
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to meet customer expectations
  • Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
