Job Duties
- Prepare and bake pizzas according to restaurant standards and customer specifications
- operate and monitor various types of pizza ovens, including brick and stone ovens
- monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure pizza quality
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza preparation area
- assist with inventory management and ordering of pizza ingredients
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
- adhere to all health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
