Job Duties
- prepare and bake pizzas according to restaurant standards and customer expectations
- operate and monitor various types of pizza ovens including brick and stone ovens
- monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked perfectly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of pizza station
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
- manage inventory and ordering of pizza ingredients
- ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met
