Job Duties

  • Make and prepare food in a timely manner while maintaining the highest food safety standards
  • Assist in food preparation
  • Consistently prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area including all food prep, sanitation, and storage areas
  • Manage and ensure quality of each step of the product life particularly the production-line
  • Document and report any discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment if necessary
  • Setup kitchen successfully for next shift including opens and closes
