Job Requirements

  • Standing for most tasks
  • Ability to walk short distances for brief periods

  • Ability to lift cases weighing up to 50 pounds and carry large cans or trays
  • Ability to push trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 pounds force
  • Ability to climb stairs or ladders occasionally
  • Ability to stoop, bend forward, crouch, squat, and reach continuously
  • Willingness to use tools such as pencils, computers, phones, pizza cutter, and pizza peel

Job Duties

  • Assist in food preparation
  • Consistently prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station including food prep, sanitation, and storage areas
  • Prepare a variety of food items accurately and with quality
  • Manage and ensure quality of each step of the product life cycle, particularly the production-line
  • Document and report any discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment if necessary
  • Setup kitchen successfully for next shift including opens and closes
