Job Requirements
- Standing for most tasks
- Ability to walk short distances for brief periods

- Ability to lift cases weighing up to 50 pounds and carry large cans or trays
- Ability to push trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 pounds force
- Ability to climb stairs or ladders occasionally
- Ability to stoop, bend forward, crouch, squat, and reach continuously
- Willingness to use tools such as pencils, computers, phones, pizza cutter, and pizza peel

Job Duties
- Assist in food preparation
- Consistently prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station including food prep, sanitation, and storage areas
- Prepare a variety of food items accurately and with quality
- Manage and ensure quality of each step of the product life cycle, particularly the production-line
- Document and report any discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment if necessary
- Setup kitchen successfully for next shift including opens and closes
