Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to walk short distances multiple times during a shift
  • readiness to push and pull trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force
  • ability to climb stairs and occasionally a ladder
  • physical capacity to stoop, bend, crouch, squat, and reach continuously during work
  • proficiency in using basic tools and equipment such as pizza cutters, pizza peels, computers, telephones, and calculators

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food preparation or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • knowledge of safe food handling, food storage, and sanitation
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • effective communication skills
  • proficiency in following recipes and presentation standards
  • ability to work well with others and engage in team collaboration
  • attention to detail with a passion for delivering quality products consistently

Job Duties

  • Make and prepare food in a timely manner while maintaining food safety standards
  • assist in food preparation
  • consistently prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
  • maintain a clean and sanitary work station including all food prep, sanitation, and storage areas
  • manage and ensure quality of each step of product life on the production line
  • document and report discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment
  • set up kitchen for shifts including opening and closing duties
