Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

Job Duties

  • Make and prepare food in a timely manner while maintaining food safety standards
  • Assist in food preparation
  • Consistently prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including food prep, sanitation, and storage areas
  • Manage quality control throughout the production-line
  • Document and report discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment
  • Setup kitchen successfully for next shift including opening and closing tasks
