Job Duties

  • make/prepare food in a timely manner while maintaining the highest food safety standards
  • assist in food preparation
  • consistently prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
  • maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area including all food prep, sanitation, and storage areas
  • manage and ensure quality of each step of the product life cycle particularly the production line
  • document and report any discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment if necessary
  • setup kitchen successfully for next shift including opens and closes
