Job Duties
- make/prepare food in a timely manner while maintaining the highest food safety standards
- assist in food preparation
- consistently prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
- maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area including all food prep, sanitation, and storage areas
- manage and ensure quality of each step of the product life cycle particularly the production line
- document and report any discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment if necessary
- setup kitchen successfully for next shift including opens and closes
