- physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk short distances, lift up to 50 pounds, carry ingredients and supplies, push and pull trays
- willingness to perform duties including stooping, bending, crouching, reaching, climbing stairs or ladders
- basic computer and equipment operation skills

Job Duties
- assist in food preparation
- consistently prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
- maintain a clean and sanitary work station including all food prep, sanitation, and storage areas
- prepare a variety of food items accurately and with quality
- manage and ensure quality of each step of the product life cycle particularly the production line
- document and report any discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment as necessary
- set up kitchen successfully for next shift including opens and closes
