Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- previous pizza/dough making experience required
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to lift up to 40 pounds
- flexibility to work varied shifts
- reliable and punctual
- good communication skills
- ability to handle heat and noise in kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of pizza and dough making experience
- knowledge of food preparation
- ability to safely use knives, ovens, scales, wrapping machines, steamers, and mixers
- excellent customer service skills
- good oral communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment
Job Duties
- Preparation of pizza for the day
- assisting customers within the department
- preparing prepackaged pizza products for customers
- rotating shelves
- safely operate kitchen equipment including ovens and mixers
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- provide excellent customer service
