Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment
understanding of kitchen safety procedures
ability to stand for long periods
good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
effective communication skills
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Experience in food preparation specifically with pizzas and wings
knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation protocols
ability to follow recipes and topping charts accurately
strong customer service and communication skills
ability to manage time and multitask effectively
upselling skills to maximize sales
familiarity with kitchen equipment and cleaning procedures

Job Duties

Preparing Hunt Brothers pizzas according to the recipe and toppings chart
acknowledging each customer and upselling to maximize profitability on each order
managing all orders and ensuring timely completion
ensuring warmers are full at peak times with fresh products
cleaning workstations and ensuring utensils and cooking equipment are sanitized before each use
disposing of and managing waste to ensure profitability guidelines are followed
