- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Job Duties
- maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes
- expert operation of the Dough-Pro machine
- support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
- prepare all necessary items for pizza station
- practice and teach safe sanitary handling of cutting boards knives and equipment
- maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening closing and side work duties each shift
