Job Duties
- Execute pit and meat operations with proficiency
- monitor and manage the overall quality of smoked meats
- ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and process procedures
- manage inventory and minimize food waste in the pit/meat area
- maintain cleanliness and organization by cleaning as you go
- utilize smokers safely and effectively
- uphold brand excellence through high food quality
