Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Pitmaster or Meat Cutter
  • Experience in line cooking, expediting, prep cooking, or fry/salad chef roles preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to operate industrial smokers
  • Strong attention to detail in food quality
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Manage the execution of pit and meat operations
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of smoked meats
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Use smokers proficiently
  • Manage inventory and control food waste in the meat area
  • Follow process and procedure for consistent food quality
  • Uphold brand standards for food excellence
