Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a pitmaster, meat cutter, line cook, expediter, prep cook, or fry/salad chef
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • positive attitude and commitment to guest service
  • familiarity with inventory management

Job Duties

  • Execute pit and meat operations to ensure quality smoked meats
  • monitor and manage overall food quality in the pit/meat area
  • adhere to safety, sanitation, and process procedures
  • manage inventory and minimize food waste in the pit/meat area
  • operate smokers proficiently
  • maintain organization and cleanliness by cleaning as you go
  • support and uphold brand excellence through food quality
