Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a pitmaster, meat cutter, line cook, expediter, prep cook, or fry/salad chef
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- positive attitude and commitment to guest service
- familiarity with inventory management
Job Duties
- Execute pit and meat operations to ensure quality smoked meats
- monitor and manage overall food quality in the pit/meat area
- adhere to safety, sanitation, and process procedures
- manage inventory and minimize food waste in the pit/meat area
- operate smokers proficiently
- maintain organization and cleanliness by cleaning as you go
- support and uphold brand excellence through food quality
