Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as pitmaster, meat cutter, line cook, expediter, prep cook, or fry/salad chef
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to operate meat smoking equipment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and passion for guest service

Job Duties

  • Manage pit and meat operations to ensure quality smoked meats
  • Monitor food quality and safety standards
  • Operate and maintain smokers proficiently
  • Adhere to process and procedures for food preparation
  • Manage inventory and control food waste in the pit/meat area
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
  • Execute brand excellence through high food quality
