Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a pitmaster, meat cutter, line cook, expediter, prep cook, or fry/salad chef
  • knowledge of barbecue cooking techniques and smoker operation
  • understanding of food safety and sanitation protocols
  • ability to manage inventory and food waste
  • strong attention to detail and quality control
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Execute pit and meat operations with precision
  • monitor and manage overall quality of smoked meats
  • manage food quality and safety standards
  • operate smokers and meat cutting equipment proficiently
  • adhere to process, procedure, safety, and sanitation practices
  • manage inventory and minimize food waste in the meat area
  • uphold brand excellence through high food quality
