Job Requirements
- must be able to work around moving parts and wet floors
- must be able to stand on a daily basis for 8 or more hours
- must be able to walk, stoop, bend, and stand for entire work shift
- must be adaptable to frequent changes
- must be able to lift up to 30 lbs or push up to 70 lbs
- must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment including nights, weekends, and holidays subject to change
- ability to work in extreme heat and/or cold environment for entire shift
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food production or cleaning preferred
- ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- sweep and clean work areas, floors, walls, and equipment
- empty trash within the building
- wash airline and retail dishes, trays, carts, etc. on industrial dish machine
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all assigned areas
- follow safety procedures and protocols
- report any safety hazards or equipment issues
- assist with other duties as assigned
