Job Requirements
- Physically able to stand and walk 100 percent of shift
- able to reach, bend, stoop frequently
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- basic proficiency in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- successful completion of Florida Responsible Vendor program
- successful completion of food safety certification program
Job Qualifications

- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds when delivering plates and clearing tables
- able to speak, read, and write English
- able to read and write handwritten guest checks and notes
- completed and passed Florida Responsible Vendor program
- completed and passed food safety certification program
Job Duties
- Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
- support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance and food/drink running as needed
- be knowledgeable about food and beverage menus, promotions, and specials
- answer guests' questions clearly and verbally
- accurately write down guests' orders and enter into POS system in a timely manner
- retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar and deliver to guests promptly
- assess guests' demeanor to identify when to summon a manager
- collect guests' payments via credit cards, cash, or gift cards
- ensure transactions are correct using POS and provide correct change promptly
- perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and assigned sidework
- restock and maintain restroom cleanliness for guests
