Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced kitchen
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work early morning shifts
  • positive attitude
  • organization and efficiency
  • attention to detail
  • willingness to train in multiple positions
  • ability to multitask
  • valid Nevada Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain within 30 days

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • ability to work early morning shifts reliably
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • attention to detail and commitment to food consistency
  • willingness to train in multiple kitchen roles
  • valid Nevada Food Handlers Card or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • previous breakfast cooking experience a plus
  • food preparation or cooking experience preferred
  • customer service experience a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
  • assist with food prep tasks to support kitchen operations
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • communicate effectively with team members and management
  • manage time efficiently to meet shift demands
  • contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
