Job Requirements

  • current rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate
  • helicopter instrument rating
  • current FAA Class II medical certificate
  • 2,000 helicopter flight hours
  • 1,000 helicopter PIC hours
  • 1,000 turbine hours
  • minimum 200 helicopter night hours aided and/or unaided
  • must meet U.S. Forest Service carding requirements including 100 flight hours in the past 12 months, 50 hours in the AS350, 200 hours of mountain flight time
  • upload your pilot license and FAA medical certificate

Job Qualifications

  • 1,000 turbine hours
  • minimum 200 helicopter night hours aided and/or unaided

  • previous Airbus AS350/H125 or similar aircraft experience preferred but not required
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities
  • ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in manuals including all FAR and company requirements and aircraft cleanliness duties
  • maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and record keeping for shifts and load manifests
  • effectively communicate and collaborate with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners
  • provide shift change info to transitioning pilot and team and follow protocols for recording company change board details
  • maintain required certifications and ongoing ground and air training
