Job Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen
- Pilot or aviation support experience
- Ability to obtain special access clearance
- Experience in military aviation preferred
- Graduate of Test Pilot School preferred
- Ability to perform physical and technical tasks related to aircraft maintenance and operation
Job Qualifications
- Pilot or aviation support experience
- Military aviation experience preferred
- Graduate of a military or recognized Test Pilot School
- Experience with aircraft such as F35, F22, F18, F16, F15, C141, C130, C5, KC135, UH60, CH54, SH60
- Strong knowledge of FAA approved maintenance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematics
Job Duties
- Test aircraft to ensure compliance with specifications and operational suitability
- Operate models of test aircraft during engineering flight tests, production acceptance, and flight test support
- Coordinate flight operations efforts
- Approve cockpit configurations
- Conduct demonstration flights for customers, government officials, or other personnel
- Perform modifications and maintenance on aircraft electrical and avionics systems
- Develop and design avionics equipment, wiring diagrams, integration plans, and testing plans
