Job Requirements
- Located within 90 minutes of Boise, ID (KBOI)
- Ability to pass background and drug test
- Demonstrate alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant flight experience with required certifications and flight hours
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules and adapt to changing operational needs
Job Qualifications
- ATP preferred
- Commercial MEL required
- Minimum 3,500 total time
- Minimum 1,500 pilot-in-command time
- Minimum 500 turbine PIC time
- Minimum 500 jet time
- Minimum 500 multi-engine time
- Challenger 604 or CL-600 type preferred
- Strong mastery of Part 91 operations and safety protocols
- Comfortable with variable schedules and dynamic conditions
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative teamwork skills
- Leadership behaviors supporting progression to Captain duties
Job Duties
- Support all phases of flight including planning, weather review, navigation, systems monitoring, communication, and post-flight tasks
- Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and trip records
- Assist the Captain with decision-making through strong situational awareness
- Operate in compliance with FAA Part 91 and company SOPs
- Conduct detailed pre- and post-flight inspections
- Track and communicate discrepancies and assist in coordinating maintenance activity
- Participate in aircraft organization, stocking, and cleanliness to reflect executive-level standards
- Deliver a refined, discreet, and professional experience for executive travelers
- Assist with logistics such as ground transportation, catering, and special requests
- Ensure seamless comfort, safety, and support throughout the travel experience
- Support department planning, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build strong internal relationships and represent aviation with professionalism
- Assist with operational tasks that strengthen alignment between aviation and the broader organization
