  • airline Transport License (ATP)
  • FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate
  • valid US passport

  • valid US passport
  • knowledge of aircraft systems, avionics, instrument flight procedures, FAA regulations, and ICAO international flight rules
  • understanding of IS-BAO process and safety management system fundamentals
  • experience in international operations, IS-BAO, and SMS

Job Duties

  • Ensure safe air transportation for all passengers
  • display strong aeronautical decision-making skills while operating in and out of various airports including during adverse weather
  • act as the primary point-of-contact for lead passengers during flights
  • coordinate with Chief Pilot, Maintenance Manager, and Flight Scheduler to address operational flight issues
  • maintain the highest level of knowledge and proficiency to protect company personnel and assets
  • complete annual and recurrent training as required by FAA Part 61
  • complete assigned administrative duties or projects
  • actively participate in the safety management system
  • attend industry seminars and professional development training as assigned by the Chief Pilot
