Job Requirements

  • have a one-year certificate from a college or technical school or 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • have experience in a laboratory
  • pass color vision test
  • be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • effectively communicate with peers and customers
  • have excellent written, reading comprehension and basic math skills

  • previous lab, inplant, warehouse, and customer service skills are a plus

Job Duties

  • staying updated on the customer's print job schedule and production needs
  • color-matching
  • staging work for pilot runs
  • performing qc on incoming inks
  • troubleshooting all ink-related printing problems
  • recordkeeping
  • inventory management
