Job Requirements

  • Total time equals 3,000 hours
  • PIC equals 1,500 hours
  • MEL equals 1,500 hours
  • MEL PIC equals 500 hours
  • Time in turbo jet equals 500 hours
  • Instrument equals 250 hours
  • 5 years of aviation experience
  • Must be able to work on an on-call basis

Job Qualifications

  • FAA commercial pilot certificate (ATP preferred)
  • Type rating on the Lear 75 aircraft preferred
  • Part 91/135 corporate flight experience preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience flying corporate jets or similar aircraft
  • First class medical required
  • Ability to complete ICAO international procedures training annually
  • Primary residence within a 1-hour drive from Concord, NC or willingness to relocate

Job Duties

  • Plan, prepare, and execute flight operations, including pre-flight briefings, route planning, fuel calculations, and contingency planning
  • Conduct thorough flight briefings with passengers and crew to ensure the safety and comfort of all aboard
  • Operate the aircraft according to all applicable aviation regulations and company policies
  • Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to flight plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with air traffic control and other relevant parties
  • Ensure compliance with all FAA, TSA, and company safety regulations for both domestic and international travel
  • Ensure the highest standards of safety are maintained at all times, with a focus on risk management and safety culture
