Job Requirements
- Type rated on Gulfstream GVII
- Reside within two hour drivable distance to KOXC
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Current in flight requirements
- Hold valid first class medical
- Meet FAA Part 91 and/or Part 135 requirements
- Minimum required flight experience
- Full-time availability and willingness to support road warrior travel
Job Qualifications
- Minimum experience to safely operate assigned aircraft in compliance with company Operational Specifications, General Operations Manual, and Flight Operations Manual
- Applicable FAA Part 91 and/or FAA Part 135 requirements for assigned aircraft
- ATP certificate required
- First class medical certificate required
- Gulfstream GVII type rating required
- Ability to create strong customer relations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize workflow
- Ability to work under pressure and execute tasks flawlessly

Job Duties
- Act as pilot in command (PIC) or second in command (SIC) as designated
- Ensure compliance with flight and maintenance schedules and directives governing aircraft operation
- Ensure crew compliance with flight and duty time limitations outlined in GOM or adhere to Part 135 standards as applicable
- Ensure accomplishment of pre-flight and post-flight duties and inspections in accordance with AFM
- Coordinate with DOM and ACM to ensure aircraft cleanliness as necessary
- Manage aircraft inventory to meet owner or user requirements
- Monitor crew members' performance and communicate to ACP for annual reviews
- Complete and approve crew expense reports in accordance with CLA policy
- Review monthly billing summaries and report discrepancies to accounting and ACM
- Coordinate and manage crewmembers' days off and vacation requests
- Liaise with ACP and Director of Training
- Conduct monthly review of currency and training requirements
- Conduct annual aircraft black book audits
- Ensure compliance with fleet requirements including SOPs and required paperwork
- Maintain regulatory aircraft operational authorizations and mandates
- Be aware of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events
- Assist in resolution and communication of mechanical AOG events
- Review monthly work order invoices
- Coordinate with Maintenance Controller or DOM on maintenance scheduling
- Communicate trip requests or changes from owners or charter clients to Charter Department and Chief Pilot's office
- Assist in gathering operational data for projects or reporting
- Facilitate good working relationships within flight department and external stakeholders
- Perpetuate CLA company culture among flight department members
- Provide constructive feedback to improve efficiency
- Manage aircraft owner's overall experience with ACM
- Update Scheduling Specialist on schedule changes
- Coordinate flight department meetings to discuss activities, maintenance events, budget, and objectives
- Participate in interview and selection process of flight personnel
- Communicate with ACM for operational, personnel, and administrative issues
- Recommend additional training opportunities for flight department members
