Job Requirements
- must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- reside within two hour drivable distance of KVNY or willing to relocate
- full-time availability
- must have ATP certificate
- bombardier BBD-700 type rating
- first class medical certificate
- compliance with FAA Part 91 and/or Part 135 regulations
- minimum operational experience on assigned aircraft
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work under high pressure conditions

- ATP certificate required and must remain current with flight requirements

Job Duties
- act as Pilot in Command or Second in Command as designated
- ensure compliance with flight and maintenance schedules and directives governing aircraft operation
- ensure crew compliance with flight and duty time limitations
- accomplish pre-flight and post-flight duties and inspections in accordance with AFM
- coordinate with DOM and ACM to ensure aircraft cleanliness
- manage aircraft inventory to meet owner or user requirements
- monitor crew performance and communicate to Assistant Chief Pilot
- complete and approve crew expense reports
- review monthly billing summaries and report discrepancies
- coordinate and manage crew days off and vacation requests
- liaise with ACP and Director of Training
- conduct monthly review of training and evaluation requirements
- conduct annual aircraft audits
- ensure compliance with fleet requirements
- be familiar with installed aircraft equipment
- maintain required regulatory operational authorizations
- be aware of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events
- assist in resolution and communication of mechanical AOG events
- review monthly work order invoices
- coordinate maintenance-related items with Maintenance Controller or DOM
- communicate trip requests or changes from aircraft owner or charter client
- assist in gathering operational data for special projects
- facilitate good working relationships within flight department
- cultivate and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
- perpetuate company culture among flight department members
- provide constructive feedback through ACM or Safety Management System
- assist ACM in managing aircraft owner experience
- update Scheduling Specialist about schedule changes
- coordinate regular flight department meetings
- participate in interview and selection of flight personnel
- communicate with ACM for operational and administrative issues
- recommend additional training for flight department members
