Job Requirements

  • Minimum total flight time of 3500 hours
  • Minimum multi-engine land time of 1500 hours
  • Minimum Pilot in Command time of 2000 hours
  • Minimum PIC multi-engine land time of 500 hours
  • Minimum instrument time of 300 hours
  • Minimum turbine/jet time of 500 hours
  • Willingness to live or relocate within two hours of Wilmington ILG
  • Ability to work flexible rotating schedules
  • Compliance with all company and regulatory requirements
  • Eligibility to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in corporate/business aviation
  • FAA type rating in applicable fleet strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of aviation safety and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the position
  • Excellent communication and crew resource management skills
  • Experience with Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service

Job Duties

  • Ensures crewing and trip assignments comply with company and regulatory requirements
  • Completes flight planning, performance, and weight and balance tasks
  • Leads operational risk mitigation briefings using TPC methodology
  • Complies with SOPs and coordinates with company personnel
  • Acts as Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator
  • Conducts all pre-flight tasks and records aircraft discrepancies
  • Monitors and accomplishes all aircraft ground servicing tasks
  • Completes passenger briefings adhering to policies and provides exceptional customer service
  • Utilizes Crew Resource Management and Threat and Error Management effectively
  • Provides quality service to owners and passengers and resolves service deviations
  • Collaborates with crew members and internal partners to enhance service
  • Maintains regulatory training and recency of experience
  • Reports safety or non-compliance concerns via SMS program
