Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
- First Class Medical Certificate
- 4-6 years of related pilot experience
- FAA Type rating in the applicable fleet
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position
- Reside within one-hour drive of STP Airport
- Total flight time of 3500 hours
- Multi Engine Land (MEL) of 1500 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC) of 2000 hours
- PIC MEL of 500 hours
- Instrument flight time of 300 hours
- Jet flight time of 500 hours
Job Qualifications

- Prior corporate/business aviation experience preferred
- FAA Type rating in applicable fleet
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position

- Pilot in Command (PIC) time of 2000 hours
- PIC MEL time of 500 hours
- Instrument flight time of 300 hours
- Jet flight time of 500 hours
Job Duties
- Ensures crewing and trip assignments comply with company and regulatory requirements
- Completes flight planning, performance, and weight and balance tasks
- Utilizes Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology
- Complies with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and acts as Grounds and In-Flight Security Coordinator
- Completes all aircraft pre-flight tasks and records discrepancies
- Monitors and accomplishes aircraft ground servicing items as per SOPs
- Conducts passenger briefings and delivers high-level customer service
- Utilizes Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) to communicate with crew and support personnel
- Provides quality service to owners and passengers
- Investigates and resolves service deviations
- Collaborates with crew members and EJM partners to ensure consistent service
- Maintains regulatory and company-required training and experience
- Complies with company Safety Management System (SMS) and reports safety concerns
