Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
  • First Class Medical Certificate
  • 4-6 years of related pilot experience
  • FAA Type rating in the applicable fleet
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the position
  • Reside within one-hour drive of STP Airport
  • Total flight time of 3500 hours
  • Multi Engine Land (MEL) of 1500 hours
  • Pilot in Command (PIC) of 2000 hours
  • PIC MEL of 500 hours
  • Instrument flight time of 300 hours
  • Jet flight time of 500 hours

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • First Class Medical Certificate
  • 4-6 years of pilot experience
  • Prior corporate/business aviation experience preferred
  • FAA Type rating in applicable fleet
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the position
  • Total flight time of 3500 hours
  • Multi Engine Land (MEL) flight time of 1500 hours
  • Pilot in Command (PIC) time of 2000 hours
  • PIC MEL time of 500 hours
  • Instrument flight time of 300 hours
  • Jet flight time of 500 hours

Job Duties

  • Ensures crewing and trip assignments comply with company and regulatory requirements
  • Completes flight planning, performance, and weight and balance tasks
  • Utilizes Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology
  • Complies with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and acts as Grounds and In-Flight Security Coordinator
  • Completes all aircraft pre-flight tasks and records discrepancies
  • Monitors and accomplishes aircraft ground servicing items as per SOPs
  • Conducts passenger briefings and delivers high-level customer service
  • Utilizes Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) to communicate with crew and support personnel
  • Provides quality service to owners and passengers
  • Investigates and resolves service deviations
  • Collaborates with crew members and EJM partners to ensure consistent service
  • Maintains regulatory and company-required training and experience
  • Complies with company Safety Management System (SMS) and reports safety concerns
