Job Requirements
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate
- 4-6 years of piloting experience
- Type rating for EMB 145
- Ability to perform essential job functions
- Minimum 3500 total flight hours
- At least 1500 multi-engine land hours
- Minimum 2000 Pilot in Command hours
- Minimum 500 Pilot in Command MEL hours
- At least 300 instrument flight hours
- Minimum 500 jet flight hours
- Prior corporate/business aviation experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in piloting
- Prior corporate or business aviation experience preferred
- FAA type rating on the Embraer 145 required
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position
- Experience includes a minimum of 3500 total flight hours
- At least 1500 hours in multi-engine land (MEL) aircraft
- Minimum 2000 hours as Pilot in Command
- At least 500 hours as Pilot in Command on MEL
- Minimum 300 hours of instrument flight time
- Minimum 500 hours of jet flight time
Job Duties
- Ensure crewing and trip assignments comply with company and regulatory requirements
- Complete flight planning, performance, and weight and balance tasks for each assignment
- Lead required briefings using the Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) methodology to mitigate operational risks
- Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinate with company personnel as necessary
- Act as the Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator as defined by company policy
- Complete all aircraft pre-flight tasks including checking maintenance status to ensure mission capability
- Record all aircraft discrepancies in accordance with SOPs
- Ensure all ground servicing activities such as fueling, oil, and oxygen are monitored and accomplished per SOPs
- Deliver passenger briefings compliant with company policy and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service accommodating special passenger needs
- Utilize Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) to communicate effectively with crew and support personnel during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations
- Provide quality service to owners and passengers while identifying opportunities to enhance the service experience
- Investigate and resolve service deviations
- Collaborate with crew members and EJM internal partners to provide a consistent service experience
- Resolve conflicts and challenges appropriately
- Maintain regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience
- Comply with company Safety Management System (SMS) program and report safety concerns as appropriate
