Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2,500 hours of Pilot in Command (PIC) time
  • minimum 1,500 hours of multi-engine time
  • minimum 1,000 hours of turbine-powered time
  • minimum 500 hours PIC in multi-engine turbine-powered aircraft
  • willingness to work irregular hours
  • ability to travel for extended periods
  • compliance with customs, immigration and sabotage laws

Job Qualifications

  • Current 1st Class FAA Medical Certificate
  • Airline Transport Pilot certificate with Instrument and Multi-Engine Land ratings
  • bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • experience dealing with executive management, government officials, and service representatives
  • demonstrated knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and Airmen's Information Manual (AIM)

Job Duties

  • Check weather and applicable Notice to Airmen (NOTAMs)
  • determine aircraft weight and balance, fuel, oil and oxygen requirements
  • make final decision on aircraft operation safety
  • consult with departments to resolve maintenance irregularities and passenger service issues
  • complete aircraft pre-flight inspection
  • conduct pre-flight planning and briefing of pilots
  • ensure crewmembers have valid licenses, medical certificates, passports and visas
  • conduct Part 91 compliant passenger briefing
  • operate aircraft according to procedures and limitations
  • oversee passenger services including in-flight catering
  • complete post-flight duties including documentation and aircraft maintenance notifications
  • maintain command over crewmembers until end of assignment duty period
