Job Requirements
- Hold current 1st Class FAA Medical Certificate
- Possess Airline Transport Pilot certificate with Instrument and Airplane Multi-Engine Land ratings
- Have minimum 2,500 hours of Pilot in Command flight time
- Accumulate at least 1,500 hours multi-engine flight time
- Log minimum 1,000 hours in turbine-powered aircraft
- Record 500 hours PIC in multi-engine turbine powered aircraft
- Demonstrate understanding of FARs and AIM
- Exhibit strong communication skills
- Be prepared for irregular work hours and extended travel
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Qualifications
- Current 1st Class FAA Medical Certificate
- Airline Transport Pilot certification with Instrument and Airplane Multi-Engine Land ratings
- Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
- Minimum 2,500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) time
- Minimum 1,500 hours multi-engine time
- Minimum 1,000 hours turbine-powered time
- Minimum 500 hours PIC in multi-engine turbine powered aircraft
- Knowledge of FARs and Airmen’s Information Manual
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience interacting with executive management, government officials and service center representatives
- Willingness to work irregular hours and travel extensively
Job Duties
- Check weather and Notice to Airmen (NOTAMs), determine aircraft weight, balance, fuel, oil and oxygen requirements
- Make final decisions on safe aircraft operation
- Conduct aircraft pre-flight inspections
- Plan flights and brief operational pilots
- Verify crewmember licenses, medical certificates, passports and visas
- Conduct passenger briefings to ensure Part 91 compliance
- Maintain authority over aircraft operation and crew safety
- Operate aircraft according to procedures and limitations
- Manage passenger services during trips
- Complete post-flight duties including documentation and reporting
- Ensure compliance with customs, immigration and sabotage laws
- Fly as Second-in-Command on designated trips
