Job Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Experience supporting high-volume depot operations
  • Knowledgeable of Supply, HAZMAT, Training, Quality, FOD, and Security programs

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of combined experience in supply chain management, material control, receiving, part inventory, monitoring stock, and kit management
  • Extensive knowledge of government supply warehouse procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of computer-based systems and warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with forklift operations
  • Knowledge of weapon system support and project/process management
  • Experience with FAR 52-245 inventory management practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members

Job Duties

  • Ensure proper packing, handling, shipping, and receiving of assets
  • Perform tasks as directed by management
  • Conduct periodic inspections and warehouse inventories
  • Use barcode readers effectively
  • Monitor and control stock and part inventory
  • Build kits per Bill of Material (BOM) to support depot operations
  • Comply with Hazardous Material Management and safety protocols
