Job Requirements

  • Airman certificate ATP
  • ratings appropriate PIC type rating
  • medical certificate first-class, valid for ATP privileges
  • total flight time 3,500 hours PIC
  • multi engine land 1,500 hours PIC
  • multi engine PIC 500 hours PIC
  • instrument 300 hours PIC
  • turbine engine 500 hours PIC
  • time in type 200 hours PIC
  • transatlantic experience required
  • ability to maintain a valid first-class medical certificate
  • preferred local candidates with appropriate rating and currency
  • must live within 2 hour call out of Houston, Texas

Job Qualifications

  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
  • first class medical certificate
  • GV PIC type rating
  • total flight time of 3,500 hours as PIC
  • multi engine land experience of 1,500 hours as PIC
  • multi engine PIC experience of 500 hours as PIC
  • instrument rating with 300 hours as PIC
  • turbine engine experience of 500 hours as PIC
  • time in type of 200 hours as PIC
  • transatlantic flight experience
  • strong customer service skills
  • skilled at making proactive decisions
  • ability to set priorities and stay organized
  • knowledge of and ability to comply with 14 CFR 91 and 14 CFR 135 operations, FAA regulations, aircraft flight and equipment manuals

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the safe operation of the GV aircraft
  • review the maintenance status of the aircraft
  • conduct pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved aircraft flight manual
  • complete check of weather and facilities along the route to be flown and airports to be used, including alternate airports
  • ensure the flight is conducted following the policies and procedures of Wing Aviation and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations
  • ensure the safety of all passengers, aircraft, and crew
  • accurately complete all trip paperwork in accordance with established procedures
