Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- 1,500 hours total flight time or 1,250 hours with appropriate university Restricted ATP certificate or 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification or 1,000 hours with appropriate university Restricted ATP certificate
- 200 hours cross-country flight time over 50 nautical miles
- 250 hours fixed-wing pilot-in-command time
- 100 hours night flying or 75 hours with at least 45 night takeoffs and landings
- 75 hours instrument flight time (actual or simulated)
- ATP written exam completed before indoctrination training
- 50 hours fixed-wing multi-engine flight time
- Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit
- Valid passport
- Ability to work varying hours including day, night, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility to adjust to rapid changes
- Capacity to manage rest to be ready for flight duty during tours
- Ability to work up to fourteen hours per day for up to eight days
- Willingness to stay away from home for seven or more days in hotels
- Ability to secure airport authority and U.S. Customs security badges
- Successfully pass Transportation Security Administration background screening
- Fluency in English
- Ability to exert physical force up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Comfort working with animals and managing pet care during flights
- Must be service-oriented and possess a neat appearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or meet requirements for Restricted ATP
- Multi-engine rating required
- Valid FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
- Valid United States passport
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel internationally without restrictions
- Valid state driver’s license
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Capability to make quick and accurate decisions
- Service-oriented with professional appearance
Job Duties
- Operate aircraft safely in compliance with FAA guidelines and company procedures
- Greet and brief Owners and passengers on flight details and safety information
- Provide in-flight service including alcohol handling and catering
- Load and properly stow baggage on the aircraft as required
- Manage flights including those with pets and passengers who smoke
- Serve as the final authority on the aircraft's operation ensuring regulatory and safety compliance
- Liaise between Owners/passengers and NetJets from arrival to departure
- Report maintenance issues and complete associated paperwork
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on flight assignments
