Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Possession of FAA Unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
  • Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
  • Valid United States Driver's License
  • U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Valid passport without travel restrictions
  • Must be at least 23 years old at the time of hire
  • Ability to lift and move 40 lbs
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and travel constantly
  • Compliance with company attendance standards
  • Must maintain well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to comply with drug-free workplace and alcohol misuse policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 500 hours of fixed-wing turbine flight time preferred
  • Completion of Destination 225° pathway program preferred
  • Actively flying for 2 of the last 5 years preferred
  • Must possess USA DOT/FAA unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with "Airplane Multiengine Land" ratings
  • Must have FAA First Class Medical Certificate and required special health authorizations
  • Valid United States Driver's License required
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required
  • Valid passport with ability to travel internationally required
  • Must meet criteria to maintain CREW badge and continuous enrollment in Rap Back
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and travel consistently

Job Duties

  • Provides friendly service to and maintains positive relationships with all internal and external customers
  • Works in a cooperative spirit to ensure the success of the company
  • Collaborates closely with Captains, Flight Attendants, Dispatcher, and Ground Personnel
  • Complies with all flight regulations and directives in a manner suitable to the Captain
  • Operates aircraft according to FAA approved manuals, operations specifications, and regulatory requirements
  • Submits reports on irregularities or incidents promptly
  • Notifies leadership immediately of any safety, regulatory, or operational concerns
  • Assumes command if Captain becomes incapacitated
  • Performs passenger assistance activities as needed
  • Performs other duties as directed by leadership
