Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license
  • clean motor vehicle record
  • ability to pass company drug screening
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform vehicle inspections
  • availability for overnight travel 2 - 3 nights per week
  • knowledge of pilot/escort driving regulations
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license, motor vehicle report and background check in line with company requirements, must pass company drug testing and adhere to company policies, must obtain and maintain a P/EVO and defensive driving certification, availability for overnight stays 2 - 3 nights each week, must be physically able to perform inspections and repairs including lifting up to 50 lbs and bending, willing to operate a motor vehicle in all 48 states, proficient in reading and speaking English and understanding bills of lading and permits

Job Duties

  • Assist in the preparation of the home for shipment, pilot/escort the home as it navigates the required route, calling out hazards and acquiring multiple lanes, assisting in repairs, maintain communication with the Toter driver via CB radio, maintain communication with retailers, understand and comply with state-specific pilot/escort requirements
