Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive parts
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass DOT Medical Clearance and Regulated Drug Screen
- Ability to navigate geographic area
- Physical ability to lift/unload up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to pull trailers
- Previous pilot car driving experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Comprehensive product knowledge of automotive parts
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to navigate the geographic area
- Ability to lift load/unload parts and materials up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass DOT Medical Clearance and Regulated Drug Screen in the State of Arizona
- Previous experience or certification as a pilot car driver preferred
- CDL and transport driving experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the pilot car ensuring it is in safe operating condition
- Maintain accurate trip logs permits and reports related to each escort
- Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support site operations
- Communicate effectively with drivers and site personnel during transport operations
- Navigate geographic areas efficiently and safely
- Assist in loading and unloading parts and materials as needed
